Attorney Len Horvath is engaged in the general practice of law consisting of representation of persons, firms and corporations with respect to various legal matters throughout the State of Connecticut and its Superior and Appellate Court systems. The practice also includes active involvement in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Attorney Horvath represents developers, construction contractors, individual purchasers and lending institutions with respect to purchases, acquisitions and transfers of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Attorney Leonard Horvath is also directly involved with preparation and drafting of loan documents, assignments and title documents as well as foreclosure, collection and bankruptcy proceedings and litigation.
Attorney Horvath received his law degree from the Western New England College, School of Law. He served in the United States Army as an Intelligence Editor with the 826th Military Intelligence Battalion. Upon passing the bar, Len began and has continued the practice of law in the town of Manchester, Connecticut.
